Here are ten easy ways to get outside:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Whether it\u2019s ten minutes or an hour, going for a walk is an easy and rewarding way to get outside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Gather some friends or family and venture to a local hiking trail to connect with nature and your loved ones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Check out some of your local tourist destinations you may not have had the chance to visit yet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n You can do this in your own backyard! Just grab a mat (optional) and follow a guided meditation or yoga routine.<\/span><\/p>\n Gardening is a great way to ensure you spend time outdoors on a regular basis. If you live in an apartment, try balcony gardening or get involved in a local community garden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Want to kill two birds with one stone?
